Both have jumpscares that involve particles.
Both are believed to be leaders of the outpost they operate in. Both wear a mask that covers most of their face, though Delta's is more specifically a respirator. Both appear in chapter 11 of Piggy Book they appear in. Delta shares several noticeable similarities with Torcher:. Like Spidella, the bot variant of Delta is larger in size than the skin variant. He is the third Book 2 skin without a shared cost, the first being Kraxicorde, the second being Spidella, the fourth being Twins and the fifth being Silzous. This is most likely the case, as Camp takes place in a military related area. His name "Delta" may come from the real-world military rank of Delta. He uses the same bazooka that is seen in The Safe Place ending cutscene which is used by Baren to destroy the Safe Place. He is the third military-based skin, the first being Soldier and the second being Torcher. He is the fourth character with a soundtrack by BSlick who only uses the soundtrack as a loop between timestamps, the first being Markus, the second being Kona, and the third being Spidella. Looks down and puts arms down, with occasional head twitching (overlays the current animation). He crouches while tilting his head to the right and fires his bazooka at you, making an explosion and killing the player. He slings his bazooka over his shoulder and moves his legs. He holds his bazooka in his hands whilst bobbing up and down and breathing heavily, inspecting his bazooka every few seconds. He wears white cargo pants and black boots. 
He has a belt connected to a bulletproof vest, with gray holsters on either side. He holds a bazooka and wears black gloves. One of his sleeves is torn, revealing a purple arm. He sports a white camouflage helmet and a matching military uniform. Delta wears a white gas mask and goggles over his black face mask.
